Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavours, traditions and exceptional wines of Tuscany.
The Don will adopt a Tuscan accent to cook up a dinner based around the Super Tuscan wines. The dinner will be hosted by David Gleave MW, a director of The Don and one of the UK’s leading experts on Italian wine.
Our Head Chef, Simon Robinson, and his team have created a special five-course menu inspired by Tuscan cuisine, showcasing bold, rich flavours designed to pair beautifully with 13 wines from this stunning Italian region, including the very well-known ‘Pergole Torte and Sassicaia’.
The evening will begin at 18:30 with pre-dinner drinks and an amuse bouche, followed by dinner at 19:00.
£195 per person, plus service charge.
£95 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation.
